May 28: ‘Axis of Resistance’ operations against Israeli occupation

Amid Israel's genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed more than 36,100 Palestinians so far, resistance groups in Palestine and across the region continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations carried out by the Palestinian and regional resistance groups on Tuesday, May 28, are as follows:

Al-Qassam Brigades’ operations on May 28:

• Targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers stationed around the Rabaa Al-Adawiya neighborhood, south of the city of Rafah, with short-range 107-type rockets.
• Targeted an Israeli military "Merkava" tank with an "Al-Yassin 105" shell in the Al-Alami area, north of the Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted a group of Israeli forces stationed south of Yabna camp in the city of Rafah, southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of mortar shells.
• Detonated a booby-trapped building where a group of special Israeli forces were holed up in the Al-Shaout camp, south of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

 Al-Quds Brigades’ operations on May 28:

• Bombed a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in the vicinity of the Civil Administration east of Jabalia camp in the northern Gaza Strip with standard mortar shells.
• Bombed a gathering of Israeli forces and their military vehicles with 60-caliber regular mortar shells in the vicinity of Salah Al-Din Gate, south of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
• In a joint operation with the fighters of Al-Qassam Brigades, targeted a group of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles in the vicinity of the Noura Al-Kaabi building, north of the Jabalia camp, with 60-caliber regular mortar shells.

Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades’ operations on May 28:

• Shot down an Israeli military “Mavic Pro” quadcopter and seized control of it in the skies of the Jabalia refugee camp in the northern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted a group of Israeli forces present on the “Netzarim” axis with short-range rockets.
• Bombed a convoy of Israeli military vehicles with mortar shells on the axis of advance east of the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
• Targeted a house in which an Israeli army force was barricading in near the Saad Mosque in the Jabalia camp with an anti-fortification shell.

 Mujahideen Brigades’ operations on May 28:

• Targeted an Israeli military "Amitai" Brigade site, east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip, with a barrage of rockets.

 Al-Asifah Forces’ operations on May 28:

• Bombed a gathering of Israeli soldiers and their military vehicles with standard and heavy-caliber mortar shells in the advancement axes east and southeast of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Hezbollah’s operations on May 28:

Eastern Sector:

• At around 14:10 local time, targeted a deployment of Israeli soldiers in the vicinity of the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with artillery shells.
• At around 18:10 local time, targeted the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with appropriate weapons.

Western Sector:

• At around 06:00 local time, targeted the “Ramia” site, its garrison, its equipment, and the positions of regime soldiers, using guided missiles, artillery shells, and direct weapons.
• At around 18:30 local time, after monitoring and following Israeli forces on the southern border, targeted them with a barrage of artillery shells.

Islamic Resistance in Iraq’s operations on May 28:

• Targeted a vital military site in “Eilat” (Umm Al-Rashrash) with a barrage of missiles.
