By Press TV Website Staff

Amid the West-backed Israeli genocidal war on Gaza, which has killed nearly 46,900 Palestinians so far, Palestinian and regional resistance groups continue their operations against the Tel Aviv regime and its Western backers.

The major operations by the resistance groups on Saturday, January 18, are as follows:

Al-Quds Brigades' operations on Jan. 18:

  • Launched barrages of rockets at the "Zikim" military site, "Sderot," and settlements surrounding Gaza.
  • Targeted and destroyed an Israeli military vehicle by detonating a pre-planted land explosive device southwest of Gaza City.
  • Targeted the "Nir Am" settlement in the Gaza envelope with "Badr 1" missiles.
  • Sniped an Israeli soldier east of Gaza City.

Yemeni military’s operations on Jan. 18:

  • Carried out two military operations targeting two vital Israeli military sites linked in the Umm al-Rashrash (Eilat) area in southern occupied Palestine.
  • Targeted the Israeli ministry of military affairs in Yaffa (Tel Aviv) with a ballistic missile type "Dhu al-Fiqar." The missile reached its target with high accuracy, and the interception systems failed to intercept it.
