Israeli crime slammed

The Israeli regime’s bombing of Al Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis has left at least 20 people dead, including five journalists.  Gaza’s Government Media Office says the regime committed a horrific crime by targeting the journalists on a press mission at the hospital. The office holds Israel, the US and European countries fully responsible for the heinous crimes. Meanwhile the WHO chief has condemned the bombing and called for a ceasefire and cessation of attacks on Gaza’s already crippled health care system. The UN agency for Palestinian refugees has also slammed the strike and the world's shocking indifference and inaction. The number of journalists killed in Gaza has reached 246. The death toll from the Israeli genocide since October 2023 has crossed 62,800, with more than 158,000 others injured.

'Resistance not to disarm'

The Hezbollah Secretary-General stresses that the Lebanese resistance will not lay down its arms and won't allow the Israeli enemy to freely attack and occupy Lebanon. Naim Qassem called on the government to focus on restoring the country’s sovereignty and rebuilding it, instead of obeying the US and Israeli dictates. He invited the officials to stop making mistakes reminding them that the role of the resistance is now more significant than ever. Sheikh Qassem warned that stripping Hezbollah of its arms at a time when the enemy is working to plunder and destroy Lebanon goes against the national charter. The comments came following a controversial decision by the Lebanese cabinet to implement a US proposal to disarm anti-Israel resistance movements in the country.
