The 70th General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency commenced at the UN headquarters in Vienna on Monday. Iran is taking part in the conference too. But the head of the delegation, Mohammad Eslami, was unable to attend. That’s because the host country, Austria, revoked his visa over the weekend.
