Israel Yemen aggression
The Israeli regime has conducted fresh attacks on Yemen’s civilian infrastructure, this time during a speech by Yemen’s Ansarullah leader. The Israeli attacks hit the Sana’a International Airport, destroying its control tower, leaving at least three dead and 16 others injured. Other attacks hit two power plants and a military airbase near the Yemeni capital. Israel also hit the ras issa oil port, leaving at least one dead and three others missing. The regime also struck Hudaidah port in western Yemen. This is the fourth time Israel has attacked Yemen alone. Mohammad Abdul-salam, the spokesman for Yemen’s Ansarullah, reacted to the attack, saying that targeting Sana'a Airport and other civilian infrastructure is a Zionist crime against all the Yemeni people. Abdulsalam said this attack one again shows the savagery of the criminal enemy, the killer of millions of Palestinian people and the perpetrator of genocide in Gaza.
Journalist killed by Israel
Five more Palestinian journalists have been killed in the latest Israeli attack on Gaza as the regime presses ahead with its air and artillery strikes across the blockaded territory. The journalists were killed in the regime’s bombing of a broadcast vehicle, belonging to Al-Quds al-Youm Channel in front of Al-Awda Hospital in the al-Nuseirat refugee camp, central Gaza. The latest deaths brings to more than 200 the number of Palestinian journalists killed since the onset of the Israeli genocide in Gaza. Meanwhile, Israeli airstrikes targeted other parts of Gaza including the al-Sabra neighborhood, leaving several civilians dead. The Israeli artillery also shelled a number of areas across Gaza, causing an unknown number of deaths and injuries. The Israeli genocidal campaign against Gaza began in October 2023. Since then, more than 45,300 Palestinians have been killed, and over 107,800 others injured.
Israel al-Aqsa violations
The Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas has strongly condemned an Israeli minister’s intrusion into the al-Aqsa mosque, describing it as a dangerous provocation. Hamas said in a statement that Ben Gavir’s action is part of a broader Israeli plan to judaize the al-Aqsa mosque and to assert more control over it. The resistance movement called on residents of the occupied West Bank and al-Quds to confront these Zionist schemes. The Palestinian Authority also condemned Ben Gvir's actions as a provocation to millions of Palestinians and Muslims. Similarly, Jordan's foreign ministry labeled the intrusion as unacceptable, asserting that it violates the historical and legal status quo. Israeli far-right Minister, Itamar Ben Gvir stormed the al-Aqsa mosque compound on Thursday again, defying the longstanding ban on Jewish prayer at the site.
