Failed war on Iran

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution says the US and Israel have failed to achieve their goals in the 12-day imposed war on Iran, emphasizing that Iran will never enter any diplomatic or military arena as the weaker party. Addressing top judiciary officials in Tehran, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei cited Israel’s desperate appeal to the United States for a ceasefire after 12 days of aggression as clear evidence of Iran’s strong and decisive response to the Zionist regime. He also hailed Iran’s retaliatory strike on a "highly sensitive" American center in the region. Ayatollah Khamenei called for decisive judicial measures to hold the US and Israel accountable for their actions during this period of aggression.

Israel Syria strikes

Israel conducts fresh airstrikes on multiple locations in Syria, triggering fears of a wider regional conflict. The Israeli regime carried out a strike near Syria’s presidential palace, timed with an attack on the General Staff headquarters and the defense ministry in Damascus. Three people have been killed and at least 30 injured. The Israeli military says it is redeploying some troops from Gaza to the Syrian border. Meanwhile, Damascus claimed that a truce was reached in Suwayda but the spiritual leader of the Druze community Sheikh Hikmat al-Hijri refuted such claims. The clashes in the southern Syrian city have claimed the lives of more than 300 people.

US-Israel Gaza genocide

It’s another deadly day for Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip as the Israeli military intensifies its relentless attacks across the war-ravaged territory. In one of the deadliest attacks, at least nine people were killed after Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinians seeking food near an aid distribution center in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza. Elsewhere in the territory, several people, including children, were killed after Israeli warplanes bombed tents of displaced Palestinians in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza. The al-Sabra neighborhood, west of Gaza City, was also the scene of deadly Israeli bombings, which resulted in the deaths of multiple Palestinians. The Israeli artillery also targeted several areas across Gaza, leaving several people dead and injured. The ongoing Israeli genocide, which began in October 2023, has so far killed more than 58,570 Palestinians, with over 139,600 others injured, most of them women and children.
