Israel attacks aid vessel
Condemnations are pouring in from various countries, activists and human rights organizations following the recent Israeli attack on a civilian aid ship bound for Gaza. The attack that took place early on Friday targeted the Gaza Freedom Flotilla in international waters near Malta.
World Press Freedom Day
On World Press Freedom Day, the Hamas resistance movement has asserted that the Israeli regime will not prevail in suppressing voices or distorting the Palestinian narrative. Hamas commended the media's role in conveying the truth in Gaza and countering Zionist propaganda. Several Palestinian human rights organizations also highlighted that over 200 journalists have been killed and approximately 180 abducted since the onset of the US-Israeli genocide in Gaza.
Iran neighborly ties
Iran’s foreign minister Abbas Araghchi is scheduled to visit Pakistan on Monday as part of regular consultations with neighboring countries. That’s according to Foreign Ministry spokesman, Esmaeil Baghaei. Baghaei made the remarks in an exclusive interview with Press TV. He said the Iranian top diplomat would meet with high-ranking Pakistani officials and discuss a broad range of issues including the enhancement of bilateral ties between Tehran and Islamabad. Regional and international developments will also be on the agenda of the negotiations. Baghaei said the Iranian foreign minister would also make an official visit to New Delhi later this week, where he will meet with senior Indian officials.
