Israel's plan for the West Bank
Since arriving at the White House on January 20, 2025, we have been focused on President Donald Trump's comments regarding his intention to relocate the residents of Gaza to Egypt and Jordan.
To a lesser extent, we have also been attentive to the responses from the governments in Amman and Cairo regarding this highly dangerous proposal.
Additionally, there is another project in the works, if not already in progress, that poses a similar level of risk as the plan to displace Palestinians from Gaza.
It seems that Trump's push to move Gaza's population may ultimately serve a greater purpose for Israel, particularly concerning the occupied West Bank.
