Resistant prisoners released

Israel has finally released the third group of Palestinian hostages as part of its prisoners exchange deal with Hamas, after delaying the handover for a few hours. The regime began the release of 110 Palestinian prisoners, including 30 children, from the infamous Ofer Prison located in the occupied West Bank on Thursday evening. This came following the release of eight captives from Gaza by Hamas. The exchange however, was delayed after the regime’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the buses carrying Palestinian abductees to return to prison. Netanyahu tried to justify the temporary suspension by saying that the “safe exit” of Israeli captives was not ensured. This is the third exchange since the ceasefire began on January 19. Since then, 15 Israeli captives have been released in exchange for 400 Palestinian abductees.
