Macron will win France election due to EU policy: Analyst

Moustafa Traore, academic and founder of anopeneye.org, predicted that the centrist candidate Emmanuel Macron will “definitely” win the presidential election in France, arguing that Macron’s policy of staying within the European Union will be the decisive factor in his victory.

“The debate the two candidates had two days ago was very disappointing for [far-right presidential candidate] Marine Le Pen because it was very obvious that she was not strong enough in front of a very weak candidate who is Emmanuel Macron, because Emmanuel Macron’s program is not very strong, he is very young, [he lacks] experience, and even with that he did better than her,” Traore told Press TV in an interview on Sunday.
