Pakistan continues to pay a huge price for its decision to cooperate with the US in its so-called war on terror following the September 11 attacks in New York City in 2001. Latest official figures released by Islamabad reveal that Pakistan’s economy has suffered losses that amount to billions of dollars due to the US-led war.
