Iran-US talks 'hindered'
Iran has reiterated that the window of negotiations with the United States remains open, but Washington is not pursuing genuine dialogue. The secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council made the statement on his official X account. Ali Larijani said the US is merely giving lip service to the issue of negotiations while blaming Iran for their halt. He said Tehran is interested in rational dialog while the other side has chosen to pursue unrealistic demands like restrictions on the country’s missile program. Iran was engaged in negotiations with the US regarding its peaceful nuclear program when Israel launch military attacks on Iranian civilian, military and nuclear infrastructure. Tehran has repeatedly stressed that there is no military solution to its nuclear program.
