Australia anti-Iran move

Iran's Foreign Ministry has expressed regret over Australia’s decision to expel Iranian ambassador and several other diplomats. In an official statement, it called Canberra’s decision “unjustified” and in contravention to traditional diplomatic relations between the two countries. The ministry firmly rejected allegations that Iran promotes anti-Semitism in Australia, saying anti-Semitism is basically a Western and European phenomenon. It added that during recent years, anti-Semitism has been used as an excuse to suppress any protest at occupation, apartheid and genocide against Palestinians. The ministry stressed that Australia’s measure is in line with Israel’s policy to divert global attention from the genocide in the occupied Palestine, and foment tension in the region. It advised Australia to reconsider its “misguided” decision, while reserving Iran's right to take a reciprocal measure. Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has also slammed Australia’s decision. He said accusing Iran of attacking Jewish communities in Australia, while the country does its utmost to protect them on its soil, makes zero sense.

US-Israeli Gaza genocide
The Gaza Strip continues to be the scene of death and destruction, as the Israeli regime presses ahead with its genocidal war across the blockaded territory.
Three Palestinians, including a woman and a child, were killed in a drone attack on displaced people's tents in Al-Qadisiyah camp, in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza. Another attack north of the city killed three displaced people. An airstrike northwest of Khan Yunis, also killed six members of the same family, including three children. In central Gaza, an airstrike on Gaza City, killed five people, including a young girl. Israel’s artillery fire also pounded an area north of the city, claiming over half a dozen civilian lives. Meanwhile, 17 aid seekers were killed on Tuesday, raising the toll among people seeking food aid to 2,140. Three new deaths from famine and malnutrition were also reported, raising the number of people dying from lack of food to over 300, including 117 children. The death toll from the Israeli genocide has surpassed 62,800, with nearly 158,630 others injured.

Israel attacking Gaza hospitals

An international human rights organization has strongly condemned Israel’s recent airstrikes on Gaza’s Nasser hospital, which left nearly two dozen people dead, including five journalists. Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor called the attack a blatant disregard for international humanitarian law. Euro-Med said the hospital attack was not an isolated incident, but part of a documented Israeli policy, which has been carried out in several locations during the Gaza genocide. It added that Israel employs double-tap strikes not only to maximize civilian casualties, but also to target rescue teams, paramedics, and journalists responding to the initial attack. Euro-Med said there are dozens of documented cases of Israel deliberately using double-tap strikes across Gaza to cripple relief efforts, silence witnesses, and destroy evidence. It stressed that the international community’s silence has provided Israel with cover to continue committing crimes against Palestinian civilians. Euro-med urged the UN General Assembly to establish and deploy an international peacekeeping force in Gaza to protect civilians.
