OPEC ministers propose cutting output by 1.5 million bpd

The Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries, OPEC, has proposed cutting output by a further one-point-five million barrels a day. The move is aimed at tackling falling prices amid the coronavirus outbreak. The decision still needs the approval of non-OPEC allies led by Russia.
