The campaign to save North London’s Latin Village has been building momentum. Despite a recent ruling from the UK courts stating that the big business takeover of the London landmark will go ahead, activists protesting the move have even received support from the United Nations. Latin Village activists have held another protest, vowing to continue the fight.

Many critics are concerned that the takeover of London's prized Latin Village could set a dangerous precedent, and erode the multicultural city that many people love and call home.

Activists from Peublito Paisa or Latin Village have vowed to keep fighting plans to r develop the market. While the plans are set to go ahead the activists have been backed by the United Nations, while more and more members of the public are increasingly backing their campaign.
