April 6 marks the tenth anniversary of the violent earthquake that devastated the central Italy's city of L' Aquila and its surroundings in 2009. Over 300 people have died, and an estimated 70,000 others were left homeless then. After years of delays and billions of cost overruns, the city seems to have finally coming back to life.
