India, Pakistan must hold talks to defuse tensions, prevent

Press TV correspondent, Shahana Butt, believes India and Pakistan should sit down for negotiations in an effort to defuse tensions in Kashmir and prevent another war over the disputed Himalayan region.

“Right now is the moment for the two countries to come forward and negotiate and talk about the issue. If it is not going to happen now, I do not think there is going to be any other solution than a war,” she emphasized.
