US–South Korea gap widens on North Korea

The US and South Korea appear further at odds regarding evaluating North Korea's intentions. Washington’s intelligence chief says Pyongyang is unlikely to give up its nuclear deterrent, while Seoul no longer considers the North to be its main enemy.
