Iranian protesters chanted slogans against the United States and Israel, Friday, at a rally in Tehran held to condemn the Ahvaz terror attack.
Speaking at the protest, one demonstrator said “the US and Israel, those who make schemes against Iran, should know that they will fail. And the people of Iran will resist.”
On Saturday, gunmen opened fire from behind the stands of a military parade in Ahvaz commemorating the 38th anniversary of the eight-year Iran-Iraq war.
A total of 25 people were killed and 60 injured, making it the deadliest terror attack the country has faced in almost a decade.
Both the separatist Al-Ahvaziya and Daesh terror groups claimed responsibility for the attack.
