India is reeling under unaddressed mental health issues; that's according to a new study. The National Health Survey in India has found that around 150,000,000 Indians or 15 percent of the population is facing various mental disorders that need immediate attention. Press TV's Munawar Zaman has talked to experts. They call for an active government intervention in this issue.
