Police in the US state of Maryland say they have arrested a man on suspicion of setting two men on fire during a video-taped brawl.
Christopher Harrison, 28, is accused by the Baltimore County police of setting two purported co-workers ablaze on Friday night.
The fight broke out when a group of four co-workers traveling in two cars, walked to a gas station to refuel one of their cars. But upon getting back to their cars, an argument ensued and turned into a fight.
According to witness accounts, the problem was supposed to be settled with a fistfight. However, the confrontation took a violent turn once Harrison poured gas on two of his co-workers and set them on fire.
"He threw the gas on him and caught him on fire, and it just happened so quick," said Anthony Rodriguez, an employee of the same company as Harrison and the victims.
City officials said the two victims, whose names have not been released, were being treated at a hospital burn unit for burns all over their bodies.
One of the men suffered burns over 90 percent of his body while the other had burns over 50 percent of his body. They both were in critical condition. Harrison is facing several charges, including attempted first-degree murder.
The incident was recorded by a bystander who thought he was just going to record a fight.
The video shows the flames erupt, forcing one victim to run up an embankment. He is later seen running along the highway while engulfed in flames. The other victim bolts across the highway on fire, screaming. He finally puts off the flames by rolling on the ground after all of his clothes have burned off.
Corporal Shawn Vinson from Baltimore County police said the video is part of the ongoing police investigations and will "hopefully assist in the prosecution of this case."
