Washington Gaza genocide protest convenes at White House
Israel has taken advantage of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan to unilaterally cancel a ceasefire agreement, which it had repeatedly violated.

They've done so with the green light from the United States government and after a flood of new weapons from the returning administration of Donald Trump, sparking angry protests at the White House.
That is horrible! They're able to do this with American support. Without American support, they wouldn't be able to do this.
The United States has the ability to stop Israel in its tracks anytime it chooses.
(The) US supplies most of Israel's weapons, and it's the biggest recipient of US military support in the world, and the US could stop it immediately.

Hundreds of Gazans have been killed in just one day, with many still buried under the rubble as the wheels of the US-Israeli war machine continue to trample over Palestinian hospitals, homes, women, children, civilians and entire families.
At the same time, Washington has killed scores of Yemenis with air strikes on the war-torn but extremely resilient nation.
Trump has employed threats and bellicose rhetoric, especially towards Iran, seemingly trying to start a major regional war.
The Gaza genocide itself is just one front of that global war that the United States is waging.
And it's already, I mean, it's been outright stated, this is the real target here is Iran.
And Iran is both a Russia and Chinese trading partner.

With near daily demonstrations in the capital and across the country against Trump's second term agenda, many hope major protests will break out to stop Washington's march to war.
There have been a lot of small protests, but my hope is just that something kind of combines them and some united front happens against what this government is doing, basically.

Tel Aviv has said that the operation will continue and expand, even as protesters and leaders around the world demand that they cease escalating the situation.
After a brief period of relative calm, it appears that the US-Israeli genocide has restarted with a vengeance.
