"Win trust before talks"

I The Iranian foreign minister has reacted to the new US President Donald Trump's expressed willingness to negotiate a deal with Iran. Abbas Araghchi says the current situation is much more complicated than it was during the 2015 nuclear deal negotiations. He emphasized that rebuilding trust will require significant actions from the US before Iran could consider re-engaging in talks. The top diplomat expressed skepticism about the US administration's intentions, saying that mere "nice words" are insufficient to earn Iran's trust. Donald Trump has expressed desire to avoid military action against Iran's nuclear facilities, hoping instead for an agreement. However, Araghchi warned that any attack would trigger an "immediate and decisive response" from Tehran. He called such action crazy and potentially disastrous for the region.

Israel brought to its knees

The leader of the Islamic republic of Iran says the small territory of Gaza brought armed to the teeth Israel to its knees. Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei noted that the resistance, which began in the Islamic Iran, brought some Muslim nations to the scene, and awakened the conscience of many non-Muslims. He also said despite the martyrdom of the Hezbollah leader, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, the resistance movement showed that not only was it not eliminated but its motivation has increased and is able to stand against Israel. Elsewhere in his remarks Ayatollah Khamenei called the US the total manifestation of colonialism and arrogance. Ayatollah Khamenei made the speech in a meeting held with senior Iranian officials and ambassadors of Islamic countries to Tehran on the occasion of Eid al-Mab'ath, marking the Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) divine appointment as the final messenger of God.

Gazans returning home

Hundreds of thousands of Palestinians are returning to northern Gaza as part of a ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas. Hamas authorities in Gaza say over 300,000 displaced Palestinians have returned to the north. Social media is filled with videos showing joyful reunions of families and friends after 15 months of war. Many returnees have set up makeshift shelters near the ruins of their homes, determined to rebuild their lives from scratch. However, Israeli snipers remain stationed at Gaza's entrances, occasionally targeting civilians and vehicles. The Palestine Red Crescent says one of its ambulances was struck by Israeli sniper fire west of Rafah. Meanwhile, the UN has warned that the situation in Gaza remains tense, with immense humanitarian needs on the ground.
