Yemen anti-Israel operations

The Yemeni army says it has carried out fresh operation against Israeli targets deep inside the occupied Palestinian territories. Yahya Saree said the operation successfully hit its target. He added the operation was in response to the massacres against Palestinians in Gaza and the Israeli aggression against Yemen. Saree said the Yemeni people will continue to perform their moral and religious obligations towards the oppressed people of Palestine. The Yemeni army has carried out numerous operations against Israeli targets since the onset of the regime’s genocidal campaign in Gaza. It says it will not stop its operations against Israel until the regime ends its onslaught on Gaza and lifts its siege.

Israel attacks Gaza hospital

The World Health Organization has called for an immediate end to Israeli military attacks on hospitals in Gaza. The WHO chief underscored the urgent need for a ceasefire. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus also expressed concern over the fate of Doctor Hussam Abu Safiya. He was the director of Gaza’s Kamal Adwan Hospital, who was abducted by Israeli troops during a raid in late December. The comments by the WHO come as Gaza Health officials say the Indonesian Hospital in northern Gaza no longer provides any services to patients or the wounded after Israeli forces surrounded the facility. That means all three public hospitals of the North Gaza governorate are now out of service.

'Arresting Israeli war criminals'

A Brazilian court has ordered the arrest of an Israeli soldier accused of war crimes committed in Gaza. The complaint was filed by the "Hind Rajab" Foundation just a week ago against the Israeli suspect, who is on a tour of Brazil now. The suspect was reportedly involved in the demolition of entire civilian neighborhoods in Gaza, actions that are classified as genocide and crimes against humanity under international law. The evidence submitted includes videos, geo-location data, and photographs. This Brazilian move is a major legal step toward prosecuting Israeli soldiers accused of war crimes and crimes against humanity. In January 2024, the International Court of Justice condemned Israel's genocide against Palestinians based on a case from South Africa. This case sparked global discussions, with several countries announcing their support for South Africa or their intent to join.
