More Palestinians slaughtered
More civilians, including women and children, are killed in Gaza in the Israeli regime's non-stop strikes. Ten Palestinians were killed in the Daraj neighborhood, and 15 others, including two women, lost their lives in Gaza City. More attacks have targeted other areas including the Nuseirat camp, Rafah city, and northern regions that have been under blockade for over 70 days. Israeli forces have also planted explosive traps around the besieged Kamal Adwan Hospital, further crippling healthcare operations. The Red Cross says Gaza’s medical staff have “little, if any, ability” to carry out their duties. Since the onset of the Israeli genocidal war on Gaza in October last year, over 45,000 Palestinian have been killed and more than 107,000 injured.
"Resistance to go on"
Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has reaffirmed the resilience of the resistance and said that it is Israel that will see its eradication eventually. Ayatollah Khamenei further underlined that the spirit of resistance figures like Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah remains alive; emphasizing that the martyrdom doesn’t mean the end their presence. He said their bodies may have gone, but their spirit, thoughts, and path continue to exist. Referring to the ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza and the aggression against Lebanon, the Leader of the Islamic Revolution noted that despite daily bombardments and the loss of lives, the resistance persists. The leader has also mentioned about the Zionist regime’s plots to surround and eliminate Hezbollah but asserted that it is Israel that will be uprooted.
"Stop interfering"
China has strongly denounced the US for repeated interference in its national and territorial issues especially concerning Taiwan. Chinese foreign Minister Wang Yi urged the US to refrain from QUOTE crude interference in China’s sovereignty and territorial integrity. He however said it is possible for Beijing and Washington to work together if the new administration of Donald Trump pursues a path of diplomacy and respect towards China. The US and China have been at loggerheads over several issues especially Taiwan. The US has been supplying the Island region with advance weapons. China considers Taiwan as part of its territory based on the one-china principle and has repeatedly warned it could use force to keep its territory united.
