The International Court of Justice will decide whether to order emergency measures relating to the US-Israeli genocidal war in Gaza. Although the court will not deal with the main question of whether Israel is committing genocide or not, it will look at possible emergency measures requested by South Africa to restrain Israel's actions.

In this edition of the Spotlight program, we ask our guests that question, and whether the US will continue backing Israel in this genocidal war which Israel is losing on the ground.
