Germany’s role in General Soleimani’s assassination

Iran’s top anti-terror commander, Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, was assassinated in a US drone strike in Iraq in early 2020.

Washington's Western allies were also involved in the cowardly military strike, which also killed Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, the deputy chief of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Units (PM).

One of them is Germany. The operation to assassinate the anti-terror commanders was coordinated in the US military base of Ramstein located in the German state of Rhineland-Palatinate.
