France, who had already made it to finals, fell behind within five minutes after Viktor Claesson tapped the ball home from close range.
However, the hosts leveled the match in the 16th minute, when Chelsea striker, Olivier Giroud scored with a powerful shot from inside the box.
Then, Bayern Munich defender Benjamin Pavard made it 2-1 in favor of The Blues with a precise low-shot in the 36th minute.
Giroud scoring his second of the night, with a brilliant diving header from a cross by Kylian Mbappé to make it 3-1 before the hour mark.
Robin Quaison, however, pulled one back for Sweden from inside the box with two minutes remaining.
Finally, Kingsley Coman put the icing on the cake in the dying moments of the match after putting the ball in an empty net from a counter-attack.
