Big dreams: Be amongst the few
This episode is a brief section of Dalia Mogahed and Suhaib Webb talk, which has been delivered through a dialogue for the first time at the Muslim American Society and the Islamic Circle of North America 18th Annual Convention in Chicago in December 2019.
\Dalia and Suhaib set a constructive dialogue and touch upon various topics of how to achieve big dreams and how to be amongst the few. Divorcing ourselves of the outcome is the most counter-intuitive concept when you are trying to dream big.
But the easiest way to not achieve your dream is to become obsessively stubborn about a specific outcome. The way that you think it has to look. It is about flexibility, is about being agile, being able to achieve the mission without it looking exactly or the way that you think it should go. So, divorcing ourselves of both credit and outcome is a key ingredient to dreaming big.
