Star chef in London now feeding frontline workers

Before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, head chef Joseph Shaheen would have been preparing delicious Lebanese fusion cuisine at an award-winning restaurant in the heart of London, but the kitchens have now been repurposed to help crucial NHS workers.
Restaurateur Fadi Saliba explains that he put thoughts of business expansion aside and focused on how he and his close-knit team could help a place he has called home for 30 years now.
Having served over 300 meals a day since the beginning of the lockdown, Fadi and his team are a bright light in what has been a dark time for so many.
For those at the receiving end of this generosity, their appreciation is evident.
