Iran can control the corona virus in a month, said the WHO's Richard Brennan in early March.

Iran is among the countries which have been mostly affected by COVID-19. Over 720 is the number of total deaths in Iran, and those recovered are 4,600 as of Monday march the16th. This all despite all the attempts the government of Iran has so far done to fight this virus.

On a daily basis 20,000 Iran's municipality workers are providing urban services, disinfection services, healthcare services, food supply service and protecting anti-coronavirus groups. Alongside them are 15,000 other municipality staff who are well-trained and are ready to intervene if need be.

At around 22 warm houses in the city, Iran is sheltering nearly 4,000 rough sleepers who emerge during the peak of cold season. The government is also supplying basic necessities through 250 chain stores. No store has reported any shortage of stocks in the city. The stores are now open round-the-clock. Some others have increased their working hours. Unlike in the US and Europe where people rushed to stores was not seen in Iran.
