Car horns on streets of Buenos Aires have marked the victory of Alberto Fernandez. The center-left Fernandez won more than 45 percent of the vote beating Mauricio Macri.
The president-elect will assume office on December 10. Hes pledged to respect the 57bn dollar IMF loan Macri received last year to try and salvage Argentinas creaking economy.
