Blackouts harm Venezuela's oil industry

The International Energy Agency has warned that Venezuela's oil industry might be facing huge problems as a result of electricity system decline. The opposition accuses the government of creating the crisis, while Maduro administration officials say it is an act of sabotage launched by the U.-S. and the opposition. From Caracas, Press TV correspondent Jesus Silva reports.
