Bundesliga: Borussia Dortmund 7-0 Nuremberg
Borussia Dortmund have stunned Nuremberg 7-nil at home and moved up to 2nd in the table, behind rivals Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga.
Dortmund dominated the match and they managed to finish the 1st half 2-nil after Jacob Larson and Germany striker Marco Reus scored consecutively.
The host piled up the pressure after the break and the Morocco defender Achraf Hakimi scored the 3rd in the 49th minute.
Then Reus scored his 2nd before the hour mark. Swiss defender Manuel Akanji scored the 5th with 15 minutes remaining, English Midfielder Chaidon Sancho added another in the 85th and Yuliyan Vigl completed the rout with 2 minutes remaining.
With the victory, Dortmund have narrowed the gap on the defending champion Bayern Munich to 2 points after 5 matches.
