The Islamic Human Rights Commission is planning to send a petition to the African Union, demanding the release of Nigeria's top Muslim cleric Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky. The Islamic Movement in Nigeria, led by Sheikh Zakzaky, has welcomed the move.
