Israeli naval forces kidnapped dozens of pro-Palestinian activists in international waters while they were heading to Gaza to deliver medical aid to its impoverished people. Ahed Tamimi, the Palestinian girl has finally been released from jail after being detained for eight-months. For 11 years Gaza has been subject to an air, land and sea blockade by Israel and Egypt. Many attempts have been made throughout the years to draw the publics attention to the on-going siege of Gaza. From 2008 through 2016, international activists have sailed 31 ships to challenge the Israeli naval blockade of Gaza
