Tehran City Council elects new mayor

After a month of meetings and lobbying, the Tehran City Council has elected Mohammad Ali Afshani as the new mayor of the Iranian capital. As our correspondent Ghanbar Naderi reports, he will replace former mayor Mohammad Ali Najafi who quit on health issues.
