Over 100,000 people with no electricity in Puerto Rico

Seven months after Hurricane Irma and Maria hit Puerto Rico, about 100,000 people remain without electricity. Some blame the continuation of this situation partly on US President Donald Trump. They say his administration has failed to send enough material to recover the damaged electricity grid.
