China's Lunar New Year mass migration begins

Tens of thousands of people joined the world's largest human migration and left China's capital by train on Saturday, making their way home for family reunions during the Lunar New Year holidays.

People at Beijing main railway station were seen carrying luggage and queuing to enter the station hall with some even rushing to catch trains. Lunar New Year, the biggest celebration in China, falls on February 16 this year.
