Turkey, Russia discuss Syria crisis

Russia and Turkey have agreed on boosting their military and security cooperation, as well as speeding up the establishment of observation posts in de-escalation zones in Syria. Meanwhile, the Kremlin spoke of the possibility of a new trilateral summit joining Iranian, Turkish, and Russian presidents in Istanbul. Press TV correspondent Rahshan Saglam reports.
