La Liga: Barcelona 3-0 Levante
Barcelona have cemented their spot at the top of the La Liga standings by thrashing Levante 3-0 at Camp Nou.
Twelve minutes into the match and the Catalans took the lead through Lionel Messi who scored after full back Jordi Alba set him up at the edge of the box.
Luis Suarez then doubled Barca’s advantage in the 38th minute when his strike took a deflection off Sergio Postigo before looping over the top of the goalkeeper.
Paulinho added gloss to the scoresheet later on, converting from close range after Messi's fine dribble and cross. With the triumph, Barcelona move nine points clear at the top of the table.
