British officials present a new definition of peaceful protests labeling violent riots and unrests in Iran as legitimate.

The British foreign secretary who once as The then mayor of London promised the students to face the full force of law labeled rioters as peaceful protesters with “legitimate and important” demanding Iranian authorities to respect what he called their rights. He failed to condemn any unlawful and violent activities of rioters.
