Argentina farmers give 20 tons of vegetables to retirees following pension reform
Farmers have handed out 20 tons of vegetables to retirees outside the National Congress building in Buenos Aires, in a demonstration against the government's recently introduced pension reform.
The action was reportedly organized by the Land Workers Union (UTT). Around 100 small producers donated 20 tons worth of fresh produce in a show of solidarity with old-aged pensioners.
