Security has been beefed up across Pakistan as Muslims get together to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Hussein with mourning ceremonies. In the province of Sindh, police have set up numerous security checkpoints and authorities have suspended cell phone services in major cities. Muhammad Toori reports from Karachi.
