The US and South Korea have conducted a joint missile drill to counter North Korea's ballistic missile test on Tuesday. China and Russia have called for a reduction of tensions. They have a plan that would freeze Pyongyang's nuclear and missile tests in exchange for a moratorium on large-scale South Korea-US military exercises.
