New Iraqi oil minister signals rapprochement with Kurdish region

The newly-appointed Iraqi Oil Minister has talked about the possibility of a rapprochement between Baghdad and Erbil over oil revenues. Jabar Ali al-Luaibi said the government in Baghdad can negotiate with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and resolve the oil dispute. As our correspondent Ali Musawi reports, the KRG has welcomed the announcement and expressed readiness to attend talks with Baghdad.
