Let’s begin with some Cycling News and the latest from the Tour de France, where Britain’s Chris Froome has extended his Overall Lead by finishing 2nd in Stage 13, which was won by Dutchman Tom Dumoulin.

Action at the Tour was resumed on Friday under Heightened Security, and race officials observed a minute’s silence in tribute to the victims of the Bastille Day attack in Nice.

Dumoulin clocked a time of 50 minutes and 15 seconds on the 37.5-kilometer time-trial-stage to finish 63 seconds ahead of Chris Froome, while Portuguese rider Nelson Oliveira took 3rd.

Froome now holds a One-minute-47-seconds-lead over Bow-ke Mollema, while Adam Yates dropped to 3rd in the General Classification.
