World fastest man could lose 2008 Olympics gold Medal over doping charges
The Fastest Man on the Planet, Usain Bolt, could lose his 2008 Olympics 4-by-100 meters Relay Gold Medal, after team-mate Nesta Carter was one of 32 athletes who failed a drugs test.
Reports say that a re-test of Carter's 'A' sample from the Beijing Games had found traces of a banned substance.
However, we still have to wait for a Re-test of Carter's 'B' sample. – This is while, the re-analysis of samples was carried out at the request of the International Olympic Committee or the IOC, which is cracking down on doping ahead of the Rio Olympics.
If Found Guilty, Carter and the other 3, including Michael Frater, Asafa Powell and Usain Bolt, would be stripped of their Relay Gold Medal.
