Water crisis triggers economic hardship for Indians

Drought in India is affecting the lives of millions of people. The ongoing water crisis has aggravated the economic hardships people are already facing. Over the past four months alone, the economic troubles have made nearly 400 people commit suicide in Marathwada, a western region hardest hit by the drought.
