People in Kashmir up in arms against India's new food law

The Indian-controlled Kashmir is grappling with a food crisis. New Delhi has introduced a new law which reduces the shipment of rice to the disputed region. As Press TV's Syed Ali Safvi reports, concern over food shortages is likely to snowball into public unrest across the region.
